This diploma thesis deals with the new building of hotel with restaurant in Ochoz u Brna. The building consists of three above-ground floors. On the first floor is a reception, a restaurant with hinterland and a technical room. The second and the third floor is designed to accommodate guests at the apartments. The object has a saddle roof with wooden truss and steel purlins. The apartments include loggia. The object is placed in slighty sloping terrain. There is no other object on the land parcel.
Multifunctional Building Brno

The main aim of this work is the solution of a new multifunctional building in Brno-Líšeň. Terraced building is designed on the hillside between the Novolíšeňská street and the street of Josefa Faimonova. Transportation is connected to the Novolíšeňská street. Very sloping terrain was decisive in terms of view on the city part Brno-Líšeň. Another key element which influenced the design is construction of the residential area – attic containers of INTECON company. These attic containers form 8 dwelling units of different sizes. Multifunctional building is a three storey building with two storeys of apartments and a ground floor with polyfunctional space. This space is formed by two stores, café, rental area, underground car park, cellarage for the residential part and technical facilities for the whole property. An important element of the facade of residential and polyfunctional part is significant glazing. In the residential part it is formed by large windows with French doors that lead to the terraces of particular apartments. In the polyfunctional part it is formed by stores glassed shop windows and the cafés glazing. Multifunctional building is designed like a connection of traditional material and new technologies that together represents the essence of modern architecture.
Rehabilitation centre, Pasohlávky

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a rehabilitation center, which is located in the cadastral area of the village Mušov on the border of the village Pasohlávky. It is a two-storey rehabilitation center with a gym and a partial basement. The thesis deepens the initiative of Thermal Pasohlávky, which plans to build a spa resort in the same section, combining elements of spa care, recreation and sports use. The object fulfills the function of a rehabilitation medical facility. The center is designed for up to 50 patients and is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of rehabilitation. We will find here several exercise rooms, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, doctor's office with waiting room and reception. Rehabilitation also includes a gym with access to the terrace and park. On the second floor we can find specialized department of ergotherapy for people with different types of disabilities and second functional part of the bulding designed for staff facilities. It is made up of staffing facilities, dressing rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The third functional part consist from the technical background of the building and is located on the ground floor. The object is designed as a wall system, built from sand-lime bricks km beta Sendvix and insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation made from mineral wool. Horizontal supporting structures are designed as reinforced concrete. The entire building is roofed with a flat roof. Wooden windows and doors are used in the building to fill the holes. Before the building is a parking lot for employees and visitors of the rehabilitation facility. The design respects the principles of barrier-free solutions. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of a project documentation for the execution of the construction.
Renewal Spa Zabrdovice

The subject of my thesis is the project of an indoor swimming pool in the part of Brno- Zábrdovice. The space of the site comprises an outdoor swimming pool, a building of winter‘s spa and a new building of indoor pool. The building of the indoor pool is divided into three parts according to the construction and the altitude. The first part contains an entrance hall, which is followed by the second part where can be found facilities of the swimming pool (reception, changing rooms, showers, toilets, steam rooms), and a restaurant on the second floor. From the area of the restaurant, it is possible to observe through a glass wall the activity in the hall of the pool. The third part is the actual hall of the pool with the swimming pool of the length of 25metres and the whirlpool. The capacity of the pool is about 100 people. The entire basement is used as technical facilities of the swimming pool. The proposed building is used as a public building for swimming and relaxes. There is solved a wheelchair accessible in the whole area, even the barrier free swimming pool.
Multifunctional building

This final thesis concerns the new building of mixed-use building in Zlin. It has two floors partly below ground level and two floors above ground. There are garages, cellar boxes and nonresidential spaces. There are offices and their hinterland and one flat in the 2nd floor. There are residental units in the 3rd and 4th floor. The building is designed in irregular shape. The roof is flat. There is the contact thermal insulation. There are designed gas boilers for heating. The supporting structure of the ceiling is monolithic concrete slab.
Detached House with Design Office

My bachelor thesis deal with family house with a design office in Velké Bílovice. The project is conducted at the level of documentation for construction. The construction plan has a T-shaped building has a partial basement, with one common floor and attic. The whole house is designed from the system Porotherm with thin layer of mortar for binding. Ceilings are precast -monolithic system of Porotherm. Gabled roof is slanted. The basement is used primarily as a technical background for the object. The first floor consists of a garage, design office and social part of the building. The attic room of family members.

Farm building

The aim of the master’s thesis is a project documentation of an farm building. It is a new building of stable for breeding of cows of Holstein cattle and accessories necessary for securing it is operation. The building is located in the cadastral territory of municipality Chromeč, district Šumperk. Base consist of a single building object and a stable construction builds up a second object. These two objects are operationally linked and they are connected by the gangway. The stable is designed for a maximum of 278 heads of Holstein cattle. The stable is a single-storey indoor building. In the background there are rooms and equipment necessary to procuring stable operation. A Base is a brick object with two floors. On the ground floor is a waiting room, parlour, technical facilities, rooms for a production of cheese and a cheese shop. Attic there is a background of employees, which is only over a part of the object. Roofs are slanting saddle-shaped. Building estate is situated in the flat terrain.
Production of women´s clothing

The theme of my bachelor project is design of industrial factory producing women´s clothing in Brno – Zidenice. Building site in sloping terrain is used for right orientation of 3 buildings – an industrial hall, an affiliated storehouse and an auxiliary technic base. Part of the industrial hall is cantilevered and also the orientation reacts with the environs. Main ideas were to use the view and to group building to optimize producing process, also to build up satisfactory base for employees, as well as to impress people inside and outside the factory.
